HUAC Baltimore is the Howard University Alumni Association (HUAA) constituent unit for Baltimore City and its surrounding counties (Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard). The club was established in 1922 and is the oldest HUAA constituent unit. The club's mission is supporting Baltimore area students attending Howard University and community service in the Baltimore area. The club also serves as a networking vehicle for Baltimore area Howard Alumni.
The club has established an endowed scholarship fund with Howard University named after Mamie Carroll Wooford, a 1932 graduate of Howard University and devoted former Club President. Scholarships are awarded annually to deserving students from the Baltimore area attending Howard University.
